14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or engraved items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Items purchased during promotional sales (store credit only)
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@mvmtstyle.com or call +92 300 1234567
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to our returns address

Refund Process
Inspection
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- JazzCash: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- EasyPaisa: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Store Credit: Issued immediately and valid for 1 year
Refund Amounts
The refund amount will include:
- Product purchase price
- Original shipping cost (if applicable)
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange for a different item:
- Follow the return process above
- Specify the item you'd like to exchange for
- If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange free pickup and replacement
- A full refund is also available
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your payment account again (it may take 5-10 business days to appear)
- Contact your payment provider (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at refunds@mvmtstyle.com
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships:
- Contact us immediately after placing your order
- Orders can typically be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned
